Tweed Run was started in London in 2009 highlighting a „cosmopolitain ride with a bit style”. Cyclists were dressed up in traditional British cycling attire, especially in tweeds and had a ride through London. For fun, style, tea break and last but not least for raising money for bicycles for African Children (Bikes4Africa).
Since the first ride, London Tweed Run has also became a fashion brand to help the participants or anybody get proper outfit and feel like a real lady or gentleman.
Now Tweed Run is spreading around the world and hit Hungary as well.
On the last day of March Tweed Run Budapest is encouraging everybody to dress in classic tweed or any smart looking outfit and join a pleasant ride with 5 o’clock tea session. All bicycles are welcome but classic vintage bikes could create the spirit of this bygone era.
